In addition to the Dance for Life event at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University, other events join hands with us throughout the year in support of our mission to mobilize Chicago’s dance community to support organizations and dance community professionals dealing with critical health issues, including, but not limited to HIV/AIDS, through the art of dance.

The 23rd annual Dance for Life’s Next Generation benefit performance will be performed Sunday, March 5th, 2017 at 5:00 pm in Wheeling High School’s Sang Theatre. This student produced concert features leading Chicago-area choreographers with works for eleven youth dance companies - Visceral Studio Company, Arlington Dance Ensemble, The Academy of Dance Arts, Footworks Dance Ensemble, Lane Tech High School, Chicago Academy of the Arts, Loyola Academy, Senn High School, Extensions Dance Company, Forum Dance Theatre, and Wheeling High School Orchesis. Tickets are $12 and will be available at the door.
Ticket proceeds benefit Chicago Dancers United.
